I am Lionel from Singapore.
I am currently residing in Queenstown, New Zealand working at Fergbaker on a working holiday visa. I possess a year experience as a pastry/bakery apprentice at the 5 star Ritz Carlton Millennia Singapore and a year plus as an artisan baker at Maison Kayser Artisan Boulanger Singapore.
I have a good amount training and experience as an overall mixer back in Maison Kayser. I was fully incharge of mixing all the daily breads such as baguettes, ciabatta, sourdough, veinnoise, campange. Had training as a morning baker as well.
I am passionate about baking and healthy, had only taken a day worth of sick leave for the past two years of work despite the odd working hours, love travelling thus looking for jobs abroad.
