Hey thanks! Your bread sure looks fluffy and perfectly baked. I have extended the baking time to 40 minutes, and turn the bread upside down directly on the rack for the last 2-3 minutes so that I get a darker grigne. Your crust looks uniformly colored, it’s very good work, so congratulations again!
