Hehe, I caught the first bit of you appearance on Gourmet Farmer last night (interrupted, so the rest was recorded).

Quite like the show, and it's nice to see you're getting a bit of recognition and exposure.

Though you need to put Matthew right about sourdough... "yeast and bacteria from the air"... and so the mythology gets another airing.
