Good results with spelt, starter and yogurt

This is an easy recipe that is about 2/3 spelt and yogurt. I had to adjust for the somewhat extra liquidity of my farmers market yogurt, which is not the smooth, more solid consistency of supermarket brands. Also, this recipe calls for no extra fermentation. Can let rise overnight or during the work day.

So, here we are at bread number 30 of 108 breads.
