Two good spelt recipes came out of a two-month period with distractions of other projects and breaking appliances (not the oven). Two lessons: Spelt is good and so is making dough periodically without a digital scale. I like spelt alone or with other flours. As for the scale, I am trying not to rely too much on the new one. Next will be bread #53. I'm thinking about soakers, flours, and maybe a return to challahs.
