Baguette Suggestions Sought

Hi Everyone,

I plan to spend the coming week in pursuit of a really good sourdough Baguette. My wife and I visit France regularly and some of the bread is wonderful. I have bought a metal non-stick Baguette "pan" for proving and baking the bread. I would welcome suggestions re recipes and also how to get a really great crust. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
