Working Seasonal, on a cruise ship or just abroad, has always been a dream of mine .
Through the early death of my father , I had a very early takeover of the Parental Business. But since I had to close my business in 2009, I live my dream.
After a winter season in Serfaus / Tyrol and a summer season in Poertschach / Carinthia I have been working now for two years in Cape Town / South Africa ! Since my task here will soon be met, it is time to move on and see something else of the world!
My duties included the complete " Startup" of the bakery and all activities of the current production , import and development of new products , teaching the local workers of German standards , as well as the entire raw material order.
I have to say that I was able to learn a lot here in Cape Town....
Working under severe raw material supply issues , different mentalities , building up a bakery from the scratch and my own knowledge .
Personal: I am 38 years old Austrian Master Baker , Confectioner and Barista!
