it seems to be on my mind alot anymore...almost all i can think about...tasting the natural sourness of the bread...i started my starter two days ago, and when i checked it today, it smells like vinegar...bad? good?...not a hundred percent sure..ill wait and see what happens..i guess if it is bad the only thing ive lost is a little flour and TIME......

It's good, the microorganisms produce probably acetic acid and that is what you are smelling.
I love the smell or a good ripe starter :D The best smell you will get, a think, is something like sour yogurt or something.
