The starter is back

Well it ain't rocket science is it. Considering that the use of sourdough goes back before Methusalahs buck billy goat it is surprising that so many people don't get into it. I chucked most of it away, placed some in a clean bowl with 50g of flour and 50g of water and now it's all bubbly and good. I just need to get up enough for a Sunday bake up.

I know that I'm a bit of a vegie growing, chook raising, home brewing, slightly alternative lefty bastard but I just love this stuff.
