since i started my own starter, i have been sharing my bread and starter too. HK is one of them. this is one of her experienced she shared with me.

After I revived the ' blackout ' starter , made this with a grated apple. Inspired by fruit slices sold in Singapore. Overnight fermentation, no knead. A little tangy, could do with more fruits or mashed banana but then higher sugar content."
