Thank you for sharing. Have you ever tried any Bavarian breads? I love their wheat free bread. Do you have any wheat free sourdough bread recipes? That do not require a bread maker? I am trying to learn how to make homemade breads (wheat free) but I do not own a bread maker, yet.
