Ever feel like cheating on your Sourdough?

AlexLegeros

I had this dream last night where I finally went and bought a baking stone so I could do a decent job at baking ciabatta.  Why I'd call this cheating on my sourdough is because I'm currently in a sourdough rye project, and I really should be finding more time to bake those breads.  In this blog, I tease out why I started the project I'm doing, and why I think bread is so important--and not just to me!
