Coeliac

My partner has been diagnosed as a coeliac sufferer and I just wondered if anyone else had tried baking with sourdough with flour suitbale for a coeliac.  This flour really does not work in the same way as normal flour.  I manage quite well with pastry and fruit cakes - sponge cakes are not always successful - but have yet to try bread.  Any tales of experience gratefully received.
