Sourdough Overflow

I was thrilled, thrilled, that this starter was so exuberant!  Thank goodness I checked it!  Look what happens when you don't give it enough room....!  haha  It was such a joy to see that I simply had to whip up an oatmeal-whole wheat loaf flavored with brown sugar.  It looks and tastes yummy.  I'm draining some curd for cheese right now to make a bread, wine and cheese dinner.
