Latte Heaven

My first attempt at a sourdough focaccia.I was really pleased withe texture and crumb but gutted that i forgot to put rock salt on top.First sourdough loaf used a linen lined basket to prove.Wow! I was amazed by the texture and crumb, turned out way better than I expected and tasted great.

Craft based bakery, based in a coffee bar. currently making a range of scones, cheese and lactose free cherry and sultana, and a range of tradional shortbreads.

Working on new products which if all goes well will include some sourdough breads and focaccia's.
